In Du Cœur à l'œuvre, three players compete to be the best employee by injecting money using heart-shaped cushions. Their individual performances are displayed on screen in the form of a line graph. For their part, the boss (one of the game's creators or another player) can boost or hinder a player's performance with the press of a button, making the game deeply unfair and thus creating a diplomatic meta-game.
